LingoDeer Update: Improved Offline Learning & New Features
Hey everybody. We hope you are doing well. Here is this week’s dev log for our LingoDeer app.
Android
- We improved offline learning downloads. You can now download future units ahead of time, either in batches or one at a time. Go to: Me > Settings > General > Offline learning
- Added bookmarking to flashcards and exercises. If there’s something you want to save and come back to later, hit the star icon in the answer area.
- The Pinyin Chart is back. Thanks to everyone who pointed out it disappeared after the upgrade. That one was on us.
- Also fixed a handful of bugs and stability issues.
iOS
- Bug fixes and general cleanup.
That’s it for this week. If you run into anything weird, or if there’s something you wish worked differently, tell us. Happy LingoDeering. 🙂
Great update! The improved offline learning is a really useful addition, especially for people who like to study while traveling or without internet access. Being able to download future units in batches will definitely make learning smoother.
This is a really solid update—offline learning improvements alone make a big difference, especially for people who don’t always have stable internet access. Being able to download future units in advance is super convenient. The bookmarking feature is also a great addition; it makes reviewing tricky words or exercises much easier. Glad to see the Pinyin Chart back too—that’s an important tool for learners. Overall, nice mix of useful features and fixes. Keep up the great work! Visit
This update feels like LingoDeer is really paying attention to how people actually learn, not just adding random features. The improved offline downloads are a huge win for anyone studying on the go, especially being able to grab future units in advance. Visit
The explanation about adaptive streaming technology was interesting because stable playback and minimal buffering matter just as much as having a large entertainment library available for viewers to explore daily online.
The ability to stream on smartphones, tablets, and computers makes Moviesjoy flexible, allowing users to enjoy entertainment anytime and anywhere without being tied to a specific device or location.
The genre variety on Flixmomo is impressive. Whether someone likes horror, romance, or science fiction, it seems like there’s something available for every kind of viewer.
